Even at first glance the shape of the coil end ring strikes you: more or less rectangle or elliptical. This shape gives greater flexibility to the entire spring interior. This is referred to as the "hinge effect". The high tensile helical wire links together the knotless individual coils to form a particularly durable and adaptable spring core. The "dense" surface of the Coil System prevents the upholstery layers from slipping into the spaces between the coils.

Compared to the Bonnell Systems, the Chiro-Tech spring unit of the same size has twice as many individual coils and yet the weight is only 20% more. Due to nearly 651 coils per mattress 152cm x 190cm (60" x 75" - Queen) it reaches the coil counts of some Pocket Spring versions. Since this system is produced on full automatic machines, all our Chiro-Tech Coil System interior types have the same high quality and can be manufactured quite inexpensively.
