When you have questions, or in the unlikely event that your sleep set ever requires service, we want you to "rest assure" that we are here for you.

Product Registration

King Koil does not require that you register your mattress with us, but you do need to keep your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. In the event that you ever require service, you will be asked to provide this item.

Frequently, the retailer that sold you your sleep set will have answers that relate specifically to your purchase, so we encourage you to call them first. Obtaining Service

This Limited Warranty covers the King Koil mattress and/or foundation anywhere in Malaysia. To obtain assistance relating to this Limited Warranty:

  1. Contact the retailer from whom you purchased your King Koil product.

  1. Every King Koil mattress/divan carries a 10-year pro-rated Warranty against manufacturing defects.
  2. The warranty does not cover bedding that is soiled or burned, or has received obvious rough handling or improper care to the spring sets and fabric.
  3. The warranty also excludes bedding that is worn-out due to the to fair wear and tear over the years.
  4. The cost of transportation for repairs must be borne by the purchaser.
  5. Any manufacturing defects arising within the first year of purchase will be repaired without any charge but all transportation cost must be borne by the purchaser.
  6. Should any manufacturing defect develop after the first year, repairs will be charged pro-rated on 1/10th of the current retail price multiply by the number of years used plus transport charges.
  7. We reserve the right to substitute material of equal quality if identical material is not available at the time of repair or replacement.
  8. Normal body impression on the quilted surface of the mattress of less than 20 milimetres is a normal occurrence as the upholstery layers are conforming to your body contours. These “body impressions” are characteristics of the mattress and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  9. We will not be held responsible for any repair carried out outside our factory.
  10. The product warranty is only valid within Malaysia.
